Release 0.2.0

Improvements:

• Restructured game state (Will require games to be restarted).
• Reworked saving and loading to work with new game state.
• New sprites for that communal toilet in the latrine. 

Bugs:

• Placing of Ferret Soupies during the Capture Onion task now correctly appears only after blocking the correct minimum number of exists.
